Dota 6.72e Map is now released after not long ago 6.72c and 6.72d were released. IceFrog has released DotA 6.72e hotfix patch shortly after v6.72d due to a disfunctional of Batrider’s Firefly when there are no observers/referees in the game, everything else remains the same. It is recommended to download the fixed version DotA 6.72e to avoid this bug.

On Christmas day, IceFrog gave a present to the whole DotA community by releasing 6.70. Now three weeks later, he releases 6.71 which focuses mainly on balance issues.
This new version brings nothing new to the table and is focused mainly on balancing the game. Heroes that got hit with the nerf stick include signature heroes such as Alchemist whose ultimate’s HP bonus was reduced, Morphling had his Adaptive Strike’s damage reworked and Broodmother gets some number changes across all her skills.

The first new hero is Guardian Wisp, Io. Io is a ranged strength hero that has two protective skills, an increased attack speed skill and a mobility skill. This hero is most likely to be a carry due to its protective skills and a skill that depends on its base damage.

With the arrival of the new map version, 6.68, being eagerly anticipated, IceFrog has dropped a little update on the community.
ESWC is fast approaching, kicking off at the end of June. The current rules state that the map version used will be the most stable version released 15 days prior to the tournament. Having this in mind, perhaps IceFrog believes that 6.68 will be that map and with new content, it’ll add an edge to the competition.
