
Gaming organization, Mineski Gaming, who currently sponsor MineskI-DotA, have added a second team to their family, Pag-ibig 1.
For those of you not so in touch with the Philippine DotA scene, Pag-ibig 1 is one of the country’s best DotA teams, having competed in the Alienware Mineski Progaming League since the beginning. Despite having only secured gold once, the team has proved that they are more than capable of rubbing shoulders with the top teams in the world. Two of their players, Doc and Jighz, played with the Mineski-DotA in the past.

With the arrival of the new map version, 6.68, being eagerly anticipated, IceFrog has dropped a little update on the community.
ESWC is fast approaching, kicking off at the end of June. The current rules state that the map version used will be the most stable version released 15 days prior to the tournament. Having this in mind, perhaps IceFrog believes that 6.68 will be that map and with new content, it’ll add an edge to the competition.

Remember ESWC San Jose 2008 when Zenith decimated anyone who stood in their path for their quest of gold? Now they are back under a new name with a title to defend. Aeon, being the previous champions of ESWC Paris 2008 have been invited back this year to ESWC Paris 2010 to defend their title.

In the GosuCup Finals, the DotA community got its first glimpse of the newly altered Nirvana.int team. While Nirvana.int had a one game advantage over Tribal.int for coming from the winners bracket, they decided to forgo the advantage in order to provide the community with more action-packed replays.

While fans are still reeling from the effects of hearing that KuroKy and Puppey are no longer part of Nirvana.int. KuroKy makes a startling announcement on his blog.
There is no rest for the pros as KuroKy has announced on his blog that he and Puppey along with long time friends, Blow, Smile and PGG have come together to form a new team. The team is currently has no name but they are in the process of naming themselves.

Veteran DDT Player, Rasmus ‘MiSeRy’ Filipsen, has returned to his blog after quite a hiatus and blogs about his game versus TeG and as to how they were defeated in it.
DDT had suffered a shocking defeat to Romanian pros, TeG in their recent Pick-League XIII encounter. This loss had stymied many a fan of DDT and had them wondering as to what had gone wrong in the game. Today, Rasmus ‘MiSeRy’ Filipsen decided to clear the issue and explain in detail as to the reason behind their loss and also to reassure the fans that him and his team are still fighting and will be looking to dominate Prodota.ru final, Farm4Fame finals and the upcoming CMStorm finals.
