NGF 2010 gives us a very exciting offline final this evening. The new Chinese powerhouse, Deity_DotA, will face the invited opponent, Nirvana.my.
*Update: Deity triumphs over Nirvana.my in today’s NGF Grand Final, dashing Nirvana.my’s hope of winning their first offline gold. Nirvana.my will have to return home to Malaysia with just $1000 and Deity_DotA bring $3000… Nice…

It’s time for the exciting final of Nvidia Games Festival 2010. Five talented Asian teams were invited to an online preliminary tournament to designate one team to face an unknown international team in an offline final. The format for the online preliminary tournament was best of one and the winner was set a few days ago to be China Deity_DotA. The winner of the offline final will win $3,000 and the runner-up will receive $1,000.
The invited team which Deity_DotA will face was revealed to be Malaysia Nirvana.my. Deity proved they were worth by defeating some of the strongest Chinese teams, China Nirvana.cn China CityHunter. Nirvana.my, on the other hand, recently took down Malaysia LGD.Kingsurf in Storm the Front and Nirvana.cn in a thrilling showmatch. The fact that the team also was invited to the final, with all expenses paid, displays the team’s prestige.
